I guess I don't have anything useful to add to the soulmate/the one/you complete me debate, when the comments on the original blog post are so many and so thought-provoking. All I know is that I have a real and original story to share of what actually happened to me one night during a Highlife uni area camp. That because of what happened, my life is changed and I have an amazing companion (that is by God's grace) for life. Everyone's story is different. Yours is, and so will mine be. One day, when all is ready and the timing is perfect, I will get to share my story.
